The Minecart with Alarm is an item from Telicraft. It is a portable Alarm. It can be activated and de-activated using activator rails. If it passes over a non-powered activator rail, it will turn it self off. If it passes over an activated one, it will turn on. After turning it on or off, you will need to wait at least 2 seconds before changing the state again.
